DriverCareClub – Terms of Use

Welcome to DriverCareClub.com, a service provided by DTLA Professional Services, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “DriverCareClub”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our website and membership, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.


1. Nature of the Service

DriverCareClub is a vehicle maintenance concierge service designed for rideshare and gig economy drivers. We act as an

intermediary between the customer and the repair/service shops. We do not perform mechanical, diagnostic, or maintenance work ourselves. All services are rendered by third-party automotive professionals ("Service Providers").

By using our platform, you understand and agree that:

We facilitate and coordinate appointments, pricing, and service access.All repair work is completed by independent third-party Service Providers who are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their services.DriverCareClub does not warrant or guarantee the performance, safety, or outcome of services performed by these providers.

2. User Conduct & Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the DriverCareClub platform without refund if you engage in any of the following:

Attempt to circumvent our concierge service by contacting or negotiating directly with a partnered Service Provider for services introduced or booked through us.

Pay a provider directly for a service we coordinated, in an attempt to avoid our membership fee or markup.

Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services in good faith.

Provide false information regarding your identity, vehicle, or membership.

Violate any applicable law, including but not limited to theft, fraud, or abuse of the platform.

Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or misconduct toward our staff or vendors.


We reserve the right to contact law enforcement and pursue legal remedies in the event of fraudulent activity or financial abuse.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing shown is subject to change and varies based on vehicle type, location, and provider availability. We strive to provide accurate, transparent pricing for services through our membership. However:

Service estimates are not guaranteed until confirmed with the shop.

Final pricing may include applicable sales tax, shop fees, or disposal charges.

DriverCareClub reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time for operational, economic, or regional reasons.

Members will always receive upfront quotes prior to confirming services.


4. Refund and Dispute Policy

All payments are processed securely. Refunds are provided only if the service was not delivered as confirmed and

must be requested within 3 days of the appointment date.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

You missed or canceled your appointment without 24-hour notice.

You paid the provider directly, bypassing our platform.

You received the service and then initiated a chargeback without valid cause.

Your dissatisfaction is with the service provider’s execution, which is outside of our direct control.

We will assist in mediating disputes, but the final responsibility for workmanship lies with the third-party provider.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTLA Professional Services, LLC (dba DriverCareClub) shall not be liable for:

Damages or injury resulting from the performance of services by third-party providers.Loss of earnings due to vehicle downtime, errors in scheduling, or service delays.Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use of the membership.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DriverCareClub, DTLA Professional Services, LLC, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, legal fees, and expenses arising out of:


Your violation of these Terms.

Your fraudulent or illegal conduct.

Any damage or loss resulting from a third-party service you obtained through us.

7. Privacy and Data Use

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and vehicle information for the purposes of scheduling appointments and coordinating services. We do not sell your information. Please see our Privacy Policy

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
