DriverCareClub – Refund Policy

At DriverCareClub, our mission is to provide affordable and reliable vehicle maintenance coordination for rideshare and gig economy drivers. While we strive to ensure all services go smoothly, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund, and under what conditions.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

The service was not completed as scheduled due to an error on our end.

The shop canceled your appointment and we are unable to reschedule you within a reasonable timeframe.

A confirmed service was paid for, but the shop refused or failed to honor the service.

You were charged incorrectly and the issue was reported within the allowed refund window.


Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the scheduled appointment date.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following scenarios:

You missed your scheduled appointment or canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice.

You chose to pay the shop directly, bypassing DriverCareClub’s coordination and payment system.

You received the service and then filed a chargeback or attempted to dispute the payment without cause.

You are dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by the repair shop. All mechanical work is performed by third-party service providers and we cannot guarantee outcomes.

You changed your mind after the service was booked and confirmed.

We will, however, assist in mediating disputes between you and the service provider whenever possible.

3. Chargebacks and Fraud

Filing a chargeback after receiving services , providing false information, or attempting to manipulate the scheduling or payment process will result in immediate termination of your membership and possible referral to law enforcement.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting documentation and to ban users who abuse the platform

.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Include your full name, phone number, date of service, and a brief explanation.

Requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds, if approved, will be returned to the original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 business days

to appear, depending on your bank or processor.

5. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
