While we strive to ensure all services go smoothly, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund, and under what conditions.
By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the scheduled appointment date.
We do not issue refunds in the following scenarios:
We will, however, assist in mediating disputes between you and the service provider whenever possible.
Filing a chargeback after receiving services , providing false information, or attempting to manipulate the scheduling or payment process will result in immediate termination of your membership and possible referral to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting documentation and to ban users who abuse the platform

To request a refund:
Refunds, if approved, will be returned to the original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 business days
to appear, depending on your bank or processor.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
