DriverCareClub is a vehicle maintenance concierge service for Uber, Lyft, and gig economy drivers. We don’t do the repairs — we coordinate appointments with trusted auto shops and help you access exclusive discounts.
No. We welcome full-time, part-time, and delivery drivers (DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, etc.). If you rely on your car for income, you qualify.
You can book through our website or app. Just choose the service (e.g., oil change, brakes, etc.), and we’ll coordinate the appointment with one of our vetted partners.
We offer monthly memberships that unlock discounted pricing. Services are paid separately when booked, not included in the membership.
Most appointments can be scheduled within 24–48 hours depending on your location and the provider’s availability.
We accept Link (preferred), Venmo, credit/debit cards, and ACH bank payments. Please note: We must wait for payment to clear before confirming your repair.
Link by Stripe is faster and more secure. When you register with Link, your checkout is quicker for all future services. It helps us approve your repairs faster.
Yes. You’ll pay after receiving the estimate, and we will not approve or schedule the repair until payment is cleared.
No. All payments must go through DriverCareClub. Paying the shop directly violates our policy and may result in removal from the platform.
If payment isn’t cleared within the required time, your appointment will be canceled. We cannot confirm service until funds are received.
We offer Basic and Premium memberships. Premium members get lower pricing on services like car washes and oil changes. Visit our membership page for current pricing.
No. The $4 car wash is only for Premium members. Basic members pay $6 per wash.
Yes! All members receive fleet-level pricing on oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs, and diagnostics through our partner network.
Absolutely. You can upgrade to Premium anytime to unlock more benefits and deeper discounts.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime directly from your account dashboard.
No. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and Link. We do not store your card or bank details.
Missed appointments without 24-hour notice are non-refundable. You’ll need to reschedule and pay again for a new slot.
Repairs are performed by third-party shops. We only coordinate the service. You must address service concerns directly with the provider. We’ll help mediate when needed.
No. Once a service is completed and paid, refunds are not issued unless there was a confirmed error on our side. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
